This recipe is the perfect way to use up all of your extra chocolate while including some added nutrition to sweet snacking! Best of all, it's simple to make, requires zero baking and is irresistibly decadent and delicious. It's a real winner in our eyes.
Alternate ingredients and measurements for this recipe can be used, it's up to you how you customise your chocolate bark! But we recommend always using the KOJA Peanut Butter Bars of course ;)
Ingredients:
- 2 Block of your favourite Dark Chocolate
- 4 KOJA Peanut Butter Crunch Bars
- 2 cups of raspberries
- 1/2 cup of Almonds
- Small scoop of Coconut Oil
Method:
1. Line a cake/slice tray with baking paper, set aside
2. Melt 2 blocks of Dark Chocolate and a small scoop of coconut oil on low in a saucepan.
3. Sprinkle a layer of raspberries, KOJA Peanut Butter Crunch Bars and Almonds (refer to video)
4. Pour over a layer of melted chocolate
5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 until you have used all of your ingredients!
6. Place in freezer until set, we did roughly 3.5 hours and it was perfect
7. Enjoy!
