Two of these mid morning or mid afternoon with a latte or tea will keep your metabolism burning and keep you satisfied until your next meal. And they're guaranteed to satisfy sweet cravings, 100% guilt free.
WHAT YOU NEED:
-10 Medjool Dates (soaked for min 4 hours in water)
-100g Raw Almonds
-100g Oats (or Quinoa Flakes for a Gluten Free version)
-50g Coconut Flour
-1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
-1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
-3 Tablespoons Raw Cacao powder
-100g KOJA Almond & Berry
WHAT TO DO:
In a food processor, blend almonds to a rough flour. Move to a large mixing bowl. Add Oats or Quinoa Flakes to the food processor and mix to a fine flour. Move to the mixing bowl and add coconut flour and cacao. Mix well. Remove stones from the dates, keep about 1/4 cup of the water and blend to a paste in food processor. Add to dry mix. Also add vanilla and honey and mix well. (You can do this in the food processor.) Lastly add the KOJA Almond & Berry and then using clean hands roll into balls.
If your mix is too dry add a little of the water from the dates. If it's too wet add a little more coconut flour.
Makes 25. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
