We know it can be tough to find the time to create healthy meals so we've been working with the team at
Crisp to share some of our favourite on-the-go recipes. This parfait may look fancy, but it's one of the easiest recipes to make for a quick, nourishing breakfast, snack or even dessert. Pre-prepare to eat at your desk, or even on your morning commute. (We totally endorse mindful and calm meal times, but we also get that life happens!)
Ingredients:
- Yoghurt (unsweetened Greek, Natural or Coconut)
- Banana
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- Any other fruit of your choice
- KOJA Almond and Berry Breakfast Topper
Method:
- Add a layer of strawberries and banana to the bottom of a jar or container.
- Add a couple spoonful of yoghurt and repeat until the container is full.
- Top with raspberries and a dose of KOJA Almond and Berry.
Note: For extra sweetness add some raw honey, rice malt syrup or pure maple syrup. Mix it up and add your favourite fruit to tailor it to your taste buds.
